These pictures were loaded onto a draft from back in 2010! Yikes! I am sure I have the pickled beet recipe that I used somewhere in my email - so if you'd like it just ping me. Pickled beets are DELICIOUS!!! And beets in general are just beautiful - so bright and vibrant!
